The aim of this delivery policy is to help our customer to understand how our furniture to be delivered and/or assembled in each case or location.

 

Areas of services

We sell and deliver: Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia

 

Pick up from our warehouse

Furniture can be picked up from our warehouse, payment must be completed before picking

up. Standard flat pack items to be boxed or palletized for pick-up, basic tools will be required to assemble the furniture. Prior arrangement is required if assembled items needed to be done at our warehouse with an assembled charge.

 

Delivery only

@ Metro: Items will be delivered in boxed and dropped off at Reception or as instructed, basic tools will be required to assemble the furniture.

 

@ Outside Metro/Country areas: Items will be delivered in boxed or palletized at the nearest ground floor entrance only. Basic tools will be required to assemble the furniture.

 

Delivery and assembly(Melbourne only)

@ Metro : Items will be delivered, assemble and placement to its position, this includes assembly charge.

Delivery time

Order will be processed once the payment received. Unless arrangement agreed in the writing, the orders will be processed as soon as payment has cleared. Metro areas delivery is 3-5 working daysfor stock items.Delivery to Western Australia may take up to 10-15 business days. We will inform customers as soon as possible for items are not in stock and give the expected lead time required for these items.All deliveries are between 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, no deliveries for Saturday and Sunday.

 

Exact delivery time is not available especially with the third party courier, however we always request that driver call beforehand to give some notice of their arrival and expecting that customer is available on the delivery date to received furniture.

 

Loss incurred by delivery

Office Furniture Network shall not be liable for any losses incurred by buyer or any person as a result of delivery delay for any reason whatsoever.

Single Items rates

 

# VIC Metro only : Delivery $50.00

# NSW, SA & WA Metro only: Delivery $60.00

# ACT & QLD Metro only : Delivery $70.00

 

Re-scheduled delivery

In the case where there is no one to received furniture or the customer advises to reschedule delivery less than 24 hours before delivery, the reschedule fee incurs which to be paid before the delivery is rescheduled. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

 

All delivery information is expected to supply to OFN at the time of order as delivery address, name of the person to received goods, access details, lift details. Failure to provide sufficient information may result the delivery delay and/or re-schedule delivery.

 

 

Remove existing furniture

It is customer responsible to remove or relocate the existing furniture before the new furniture arrive. Our drivers or installers are not permitted to relocate or remove any of the existing furniture. It is expected that customer to ensure that the access and the area of furniture placement is clear to ensure a smooth, efficient and safety for furniture delivery and installation.
